By using mylNotes (the apps and the websites notes.my-ver.app and mylnotes.my-ver.app) you agree to these terms.
mylNotes is a note-taking app. You may use it for any lawful purpose. Do not use the service to break the law, to harm others or to attack, overload or misuse the server.
Your notes belong to you. We do not claim any rights to them and we do not read them. If you sync, we store them on our server, encrypted, only to give them back to your devices.
An account is optional in the Android app and is needed to sync and to use the web version. Keep your password and your devices safe: you are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Menu → Profile → Email and password).
Notes are kept on your device. If the device or the data of the app is lost, notes that were not synced may be lost too. Use “Export notes” to keep a copy.
The app is provided as it is, without a promise that it is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the loss of notes or data or for any damage that comes from using the app.
We may change, suspend or stop the service, and we may close accounts that break these terms. We will try to give notice in the app when it affects your notes.
These terms may change as the app grows (for example when paid features appear). The current text is always on this page, with its date. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new text.
Use “Send feedback” in the app (Menu → More). See also the Privacy Policy.
